The chef/owner of RinThai was born and grew up in Bangkok. Working as a youngster at her mothers food stall in the local markets, gained the knowledge she carries with her today. Since then she has attended chef schools in Thailand, worked in Madrid, Malaga,Valencia , Lanzarote and, of course, Palma.
